Custom Home

This home was built overlooking the Bijou Basin just east of Colorado Springs. The views from the back deck are spectacular. A rancher with a full walk out basement and 3900 sq ft of living area. Stucco exterior helps to reduce maintenance. We also built the home with 2x6 walls for an increased R-value and installed a radiant infloor heating system.
